A review can only be written after a job booked and approved on the platform. There are no automatic or paid reviews.
Both ways
Customers review professionals (quality, punctuality, communication, fair price). Professionals review customers (payment, access, communication). That way professionals know who they'll be working with.
Blind
Both reviews stay hidden until both sides have reviewed, or the window closes. Nobody writes their review after reading the other one.
Replies and moderation
Professionals can reply publicly. We only remove reviews that break the rules (for example personal data or abusive language), never because they're negative.
